Embedded Crew Program

Your crew.
Your brand.
Our operation.

White-label W-2 labor delivered seamlessly under your brand, so your end-clients never see the behind-the-scenes details. Designed for exhibit houses, experiential agencies, and production teams that need a dependable operational partner.

Your clients shouldn't see
where you end and a
vendor begins.

The client relationship has been cultivated by you. The last thing you want is for a staffing provider to show in with their own branding, act like independent contractors, and give the impression that your business is being outsourced.

Many staff suppliers are unable to resolve that issue. We developed a program especially to maintain the smooth operation of your service.

End users view the staffing supplier.
The collaboration you've worked so hard to maintain behind the scenes may be seen via badges, documentation, and team introductions.
Your brand is not represented by gig workers.
Contractors from 1099 platforms might not be aware of your requirements or feel accountable for the client's experience.
Branded gear becomes another task
Finding sizes, sourcing apparel, and coordinating last-minute branded uniforms lands on your plate. We manage the process for you.
How it works

Invisible by design.
Five steps to seamless.

Your end-client doesn't need to be aware of our involvement from the initial discussion through post-job closeout. That's the concept.

01 — Scope

Describe your program for us

Discuss the number of the crew, the format of the event, and the brand's expectations. Before the project is scheduled, we jointly verify the information.

02 — Synopsis

We get your crew ready

Crew members receive a client-specific brief that covers talking points, site protocols, and brand guidelines prior to each assignment. They show up prepared for the part.

03 — Deploy

The crew shows up as your team

On the show floor, there is no OpalOps branding. Crew members present themselves as an integral part of your business, providing your end-user with a unified, expert team.

04 — Carry out

We manage the backend

We oversee workers' compensation, payroll, compliance, and timekeeping. You can continue to concentrate on helping your client.

05 — Invoice

One simple invoice

OpalOps and your business handle all employment and billing documentation. A vendor name won't be visible to your final customer.

Service tiers

Built to grow with
your client relationship.

Begin with standard staffing, add white-label deployment, then include branded gear when needed. Each tier delivers a complete service, and you can upgrade as your program evolves.

What's included

Everything you need.
Nothing you have to manage.

W-2 Employed Personnel
Each crew member is not a 1099 contractor, but rather an OpalOps W-2 employee. You get workers' compensation coverage, employer accountability, and a workforce that is expected to represent the business in a professional manner.
One Bill, Complete Discretion
Get a single, unambiguous invoice from your business. Your end-client never receives OpalOps documentation, and the billing agreement is solely between us.
Client Pre-Job Brief
Crew members receive a written brief that includes talking points, site layout, job-specific protocols, and client brand requirements prior to each deployment.
Complete Coverage of Compliance
We manage liability insurance, NYSIF workers' compensation, and payroll taxes. While we handle employer responsibilities, you receive labor support.
Branded Equipment (Only Embedded+)
We select, brand, and supply clothing with your client's branding, such as lanyards, caps, hi-vis gear, vests, and polos. At least five business days prior to the assignment, submit the logo file and size breakdown.
Dedicated Point of Contact
Your program is managed by a single contact from quote to closeout. There are no ticket lines or call centers — just direct communication with your crew coordinator.
Who it's for

Designed for clients who
can't let the seams show.

01 —
Exhibit Houses
You have established connections with exhibitors and brands at Javits and elsewhere. A visible staffing vendor on the floor is not what you want. We assist in maintaining the discretion and consistency of your business.
02 —
Brand and Experience Agencies
From setup to strike, activations require a smooth, consistent crew. Instead of a group of disparate vendors, your end-client should interact with a single, cohesive team.
03 —
AV & Technical Production Firms
Expand your internal team by hiring W-2 stagehands who are familiar with production settings, adhere to your policies, and represent your business in a professional manner. We assist event production companies in NYC that require dependable execution in the background.
04 —
Service Companies for Trade Shows and Events
You need flexible crews who adhere to each brand's requirements without interfering with the client experience when managing several clients across a show floor. Our event staffing in New York keeps teams cohesive and polished.
Branded gear add-on

Your logo on every
crew member.

We source, brand, and coordinate client-logoed apparel for your team. Crew arrive dressed to match your operation, without adding uniform logistics to your workload.
